Klaus Larsen Roofing recently completed a project involving two flat rubber roofs. The porch roof had a leak behind the flashing, while the back roof, aged 20-30 years, needed replacement. The customer selected Wicker A7 for the new roof. Our team repaired the flashing and replaced the back roof, installed new gutters on the detached garage with two downspouts, and added a new end cap to the lower roof section. The project was fully financed, and the customer left a positive review, pleased with the enhanced durability and appearance of their home

This home was in need of new ridge vents as the old ones were damaged. The project manager installed new ridge vents in a few hours.

Ridge vents are arguably the most important vents in any "passive" (non-electric) roof ventilation system. Hot air that accumulates inside the attic rises by convection and escapes outside through ridge vents.
