A customer reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to replace two skylights and requested that the skylights be tarped during the inspection. The project involves replacing the slope facet and two skylights. The skylights to be replaced are 2246 curb-mounted models. 

We have noted the customer's precise requirements for the shingle color and skylight model to ensure consistency with their existing roof design. During the inspection, our team will tarp the skylights to prevent any potential water damage.

Our team was able to complete the inspection and offered assistance with the leaks and the customer agreed to all of the suggestions. The repairs were complete, and the property was secured leaving the customer happy with the results.

One of our inspectors, Jimmy Torchia, visited the home and determined that the ridge vent (the cover at the apex of both sides of the roof) was old, unsealed, and allowing these intrusions into the home. Our crew went out to remove the old ridge vent and replaced it with a new, sturdier, plastic version that would provide airflow to the attic without letting water and debris in.
