Following the Klaus Roofing Way, we installed purpose-made IKO Starter Shingles with Fast-Lock sealant along the entire perimeter of the roof, ensuring a strong foundation for the new roofing system. We then applied Dynasty Architectural Shingles in Monaco Red, a high-performance shingle featuring a larger nailing surface, tear-resistant Armour Zone strip, and FastLock sealant to create a secure bond. These shingles provide maximum protection with a 130 MPH wind warranty, ensuring long-term durability. To complete the project, we replaced the outdated gutter system with a seamless, high-capacity solution to ensure proper water drainage and protect the home’s foundation for years to come.
