A new homeowner in Columbus, OH decided to get a roof replacement due to shingles lifting and nails pushing the shingles up.
The discoloration of the shingles is causing streaking from the shingle granules falling off this old, worn, roof.
Referred by a satisfied neighbor, a homeowner in Lewis Center, OH contacted Klaus Larsen Roofing after spotting nail-related damage and deterioration on the back side of their home. Their current gutters and fascia, installed at least as far back as 2008, were no longer providing reliable protection. Our roof replacement company removed the damaged components and installed 40 feet of new primed 8-inch fascia, followed by 40 feet of KHF seamless gutters in crisp white. The upgraded drainage system included a 25-foot 3x4 downspout, a wide mouth outlet, two B elbows, and end caps for both sides ensuring a clean, sealed finish. This simple yet effective upgrade gives the home renewed durability and a cleaner exterior look.
The homeowner had been dealing with an aging roof that was no longer up to the task of keeping their home safe from Ohio’s unpredictable weather. With insurance covering the costs, they reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to replace the shingled portion of their roof. They chose Frostone Grey shingles and white edge metals to give the home a clean, modern look. While they couldn’t opt for the 50-year shingle upgrade due to insurance limitations, they were eager to improve both the appearance and durability of their home’s roof. Our team committed to delivering a quality installation with attention to every detail, following The Klaus Roofing Way to ensure a reliable, long-lasting result.
The Klaus Roofing team, led by Project Manager Brian Thom, installed IKO Cambridge shingles in the color Charcoal Grey to replace the entire roof.
