Faded and Failing Wood Siding
The home's original wood siding on the front elevation had become faded, cracked, and worn over time. Years of sun exposure and weather left the surface looking tired and outdated. The wooden shutters and tan color made the front appear darker and more dated than the rest of the home. The homeowner wanted a modern update that would match the home's charm while eliminating the need for regular maintenance.

A Brighter, Modern Look That Lasts
With the new vinyl siding in place, the home's front took on a clean, bright, and modern look. The light gray ProVia siding gave the house a fresh, updated appearance that stood out beautifully against the original brick. Not only did the update boost curb appeal, but it also eliminated future maintenance concerns like painting or staining. The homeowner was thrilled with the transformation and happy to know their home is now better protected and more energy efficient-thanks to the care and craftsmanship of Klaus Larsen Roofing.

During: Careful Removal and Precision Installation
Our crew started by removing the old wood panels, prepping the surface, and installing weatherproof Kingspan GreenGuard insulation board to provide added protection and energy efficiency. With scaffolding in place, we worked carefully to ensure clean lines and secure panel placement. We installed ProVia CedarMax board and batten siding in gray across the front and matched the corners to give it a polished finish. The contrast between the old and new was immediately noticeable-even during the install.
