This homeowner called Klaus Roofing of Ohio after having the same leak repaired multiple times. They told us they were getting frustrated and losing faith in roofing companies because no one could repair this leak. We sent out Brian Thom to inspect the property and make a recommendation.

Brian and the homeowner discussed replacing the leaking section. This involved removing a portion of the roof down to the decking and replacing it. Our crew also installed new flashing around an existing skylight and flood tested the area to ensure the leak was gone.
