Three sheets of OSB were included in the quote, but if only two were needed, the unused sheet would be removed at the end of the job. A new drip edge metal was installed to reinforce the repair and prevent future water infiltration. The materials for the repair were placed on the front porch for easy access during the project. All shingles were secured with 6-ring shank nails to prevent shifting, lifting, or nail pops over time.
