Ron Day

Ron has been working in the home improvement business for over 17 years. Starting right out of the Marine Corp as a consultant and quickly worked his way up company ranks. This experience helped solidify his desire to help homeowners solve their problems. Ron values an inclusive approach to working with homeowners, to truly understand their concerns and find the best solution to their problems. After much success in the field, he was quickly promoted to being a trainer and shortly thereafter promoted to General Manager of a four-state area in the mid-West.

With this background, Klaus Roofing of Ohio knew what an asset Ron would be to our team. He is a forever learner and loves growing as a leader for his team by reading through books and attending seminars to learn and grow himself continuously. In his spare time, he enjoys helping other entrepreneurs and leaders be the best they can be and designing and remodeling his home.
